David Heater, Treasurer

David is has been employed with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department as an auditor March 5, 1973 to present. He is a Senior Forensic Auditor with Internal Affairs.

David graduated from Murray State University in 1969 with a BS degree in Business Administration (Accounting). He served in the military service at Bergstrom AFB in Austin from 1969 to March 1973.

David became a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners July 28, 1989. He has been a member of the Austin Chapter since it started, and has received the Distinguished Achievement Award.

David was the District Administrator in Austin for Little League Baseball, Inc from 1992-2002. He has been a member of the Manor Volunteer Fire Department 1996 to the present and is currently Treasurer for the Manor VFD. He has a wife (Sandra), two children (Dorothea and Stuart), and three grandchildren (Elizabeth, Ricky, and James).
