Gilbert Mokry , Director

Gilbert is an Internal Auditor for the Texas Water Development Board. He has over twenty years experience in auditing with various state agencies and three years auditing experience with Ernst & Young. In addition, Gilbert has several years accounting experience with the City of Austin Controller's Office and private companies.  Gilbert is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  Gilbert received a BBA in Accounting and Finance from St. Edward's University.  Gilbert is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
